Centennial Fine Wine and Spirits
Los Cowboys Malbec 2008
Centennial is a proud participant of a unique social movement known as “Fair Trade.” The intent of this socially and environmentally responsible movement is to benefit producers and workers in developing countries by promoting sales of a wide variety of products that directly impact the economic well-being of small and underdeveloped communities. Since October has been officially declared as “Fair Trade” month, what better way is there to participate than by enjoying a glass of wine that is Fair Trade Certified?
Specifically, Los Cowboys Malbec is Fair Trade Certified™ and is produced from 90 year old vines planted in soil composed mostly of clay and loam. These vineyards are located in three small farming communities of Lavalle, San Martin, and Medrano in the Mendoza region of Argentina. The flavor impact of this wine offers rich and round characteristics of concentrated blackberries, ripe red plums and fresh black figs with a slight hint of velvety mocha on the finish. You’ll soon discover that this wine delivers a mutually rewarding experience!
