Volunteers install ICF Basement Foundation

This past week, some of our construction volunteers worked alongside Don Rudolph, co-owner and inventor of TF Systems, to install an Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) basement foundation. It was the first try at this system and we would like to especially thank Mr. Rudolph for his generous donation of time, rentals, and expertise as well as the tremendous support of Mike Moran, one of our regular volunteers.  The volunteers worked on the forming, pouring and stripping of the foundation and it is ready to be a part of the September Build Week! For more information about TF Systems and ICF Basements, please visit http://www.tfinsulatedconcreteforms.com/
