Glass Cutting for Jewelry         

We cut individual artist-designed glass tiles for Clareo Designs, a manufacturer of fused dichroic glass jewelry that is sold in over 1500 retail locations. Their brilliant designs are achieved through a fascinating metallic layering process on smooth and rough glass surfaces.

Broken Component – No Blueprint – No Problem! 

Our customer TLR Hydraulics brought us a broken component from a large scale drilling rig that had shut down the entire job site. The repair part was 8 weeks out in delivery! We provided a service called reverse engineering by tracing the repair part and creating a CAD file for it. We were able to cut them a new part within hours. 

Airplanes to Motorcycles

We serve a very diverse customer base including the transportation industry. Our waterjet machines cut parts for high competition motocross bikes. WeaponMX came to us three years ago to lower their costs and improve their time to market. We worked with them to nest different components thereby maximizing material utilization.
