Wake Boats and Waterjets
Our customer, Epic Wakeboats is a local manufacturer of what has been dubbed the "World's First Wake Boat". This resin composite boat has been rider designed and engineered to be the best for wake boarders, wake surfers and wake skaters. We have teamed with them to cut many parts including hatch covers, latches and interior components as pictured below.
Here's what they said about working with us: "Waterjet West always provides us with great service and a top notch product no matter how big or small the order or how ‘one-off' the item may be. We have presented their staff with challenges that could only be met by having that face-to-face you get with a local vendor. The excellent quality of their staff, service, pricing and product keeps us coming back." EPIC Wakeboats

Waterjet Works for Artists!
Waterjet cutting is a first choice for artists to easily cut intricate shapes out of very hard materials and to maximize material usage. We provide design conversion support to many artists so they can fully utilize the waterjet process in creating their artwork.
Equine artist Celou Bonnet uses our services to cut her designs in metals so they can be used in a variety of architectural applications such as in this fence for Faubus Farms in Bonsall.
We cut stainless steel and brass for another artist Michael Stutz who creates latticed forms of woven metal into spectacular public art sculptures. He finds that the waterjet process is superior for cutting because it is more efficient, holds closer tolerances, and leaves a clean edge that does not require finishing work. Additionally, waterjet cutting does not use heat which can discolor metals when being cut by other methods.
