This is possible because the waterjet process does not create burrs, stresses, material hardening, or heat-affected zones.  You receive smooth, precise edges with tolerance and accuracy within +/- .005".

Interesting Projects!   

Waterjet for cutting carpet?  You bet!  Curtis Allan Flooring of San Diego asked us to cut 6 colors of carpet inlay made from 24" commercial carpet squares.  The end result was this beautiful, 7-foot diameter logo for the USMC Field Medical Training Battalion at Camp Pendleton.
