The Chester County Department of Community Development  (DCD) requests public comment on a proposed amendment to its Consolidated Plan for the period 2010-2012. The proposed amendment includes the following program changes:
- Habitat for Humanity of Chester County will receive $205,000 of 2005, 2007, 2008 and 2009 CDBG funds to be used for the acquisition of the residential property known as Cambria in the City of Coatesville. Habitat for Humanity will construct eight (8) new affordable housing units for homeownership, under the Neighborhood Stabilization Program.
Public comments on this proposed amendment will be accepted for thirty days: April 2 – May 2, 2010.
