The Chester County Department of Community Development (DCD) has completed a draft of the 2009 Consolidated Annual Performance & Evaluation Report (CAPER).

This document reports on progress that Chester County made in carrying out the housing and community development goals and objectives outlined in the 2005-2009 Consolidated Plan and the 2009 Action Plan through the use of federal entitlement funds allocated from the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development.

The draft of the 2009 CAPER is available for public review and written comments on the report may be submitted to ccdcd@chesco.org until March 23, 2010.
