Homeowners Assistance Rescue Project (HARP)

The Chester County Department of Community Development is pleased to announce the Homeowners Assistance Rescue Project.  Spearheaded by the Housing Partnership of Chester County, the HARP will consist of two information sessions designed to help people who are at risk of losing their home due to foreclosure.  DCD_logo.jpeg.jpg

Counselors, lenders, and attorneys will be available to discuss loan modifications, refinancing, reverse mortgages, and foreclosure assistance.  

HARP sessions will be held:

  • Friday, May 1, 2009 from 12 PM - 7 PM, and
  • Saturday, May 2, 2009 from 9 AM - 3 PM

Please forward this information to people who are in need of mortgage assistance due to:
  • Foreclosure 
  • A high interest rate, or 
  • A changing payment or interest rate
