Pennsylvania Public Utility Commissioners (PUC) Wayne E. Gardner and Robert F. Powelson are pleased to partner with the Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry and the United Way of Chester County to promote the upcoming event, "Prepare Now to Stay Warm." This is a statewide initiative spearheaded by Governor Rendell and the PUC to educate and aid consumers in managing the higher costs of winter heating as the cold winter months approach.
