Reclaiming Vacant Properties and Creating Opportunity from Abandonment
Learn How the Neighborhood Stabilization Program Works:        NSP Funding Guidelines 

Program rules are explicit as to the locations and populations that can be targeted.

In order to stabilize high-risk neighborhoods and reduce the decline of house values for neighboring homes, NSP funds will provide the opportunity to rehabilitate, resell, or redevelop abandoned forclosed properties.
