Program Services at The HOOD
After weeks of upgrades and renovations, the HOOD (House of Original Dreams) is ready to become a fully operational youth employment and training center.
The facility is located at 530 East Union Street, Suite 3, in West Chester, PA. It will be a primary location for providing Workforce Investment Act (WIA) program services to WIA-eligible youth. 
Services offered at the HOOD will include:
- GED tutoring;
- Job-readiness training;
- Career counseling;
- Preparation for post-secondary education.

In addition to promoting news of the HOOD's opening, we hope to engage with our community partners in an effort to enhance the types of services available to our youth during the evenings and weekends.
