Homeless Prevention & Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP)

The Chester County Department of Community Development (DCD) is seeking written submissions from community service agencies describing the agency’s qualifications to:

Provide intensive case management services to eligible participants under the HPRP, and;
Provide financial assistance services to eligible participants under the HPRP.

The purpose of HPRP is to provide financial assistance and intensive case management services to either prevent individuals and families from becoming homeless or to help those who are experiencing homelessness to be quickly re-housed and stabilized.

Responses must be received by 4:00 p.m. Friday, June 26, 2009.

Responses should be labeled “HPRP” and submitted to:
