| "Here to Help" Community Event |

The Chester County Department of Community Development (DCD) is holding a Here to Help event that will provide individuals and families with information on state and federal programs that are available to assist those who have been affected by the  economic downturn.
Visitors will receive information about employment, avoiding foreclosure, rental assistance, financial planning, utility assistance, food programs and more.
