The Chester County Workforce Investment Board (WIB) sponsored an event titled, "What's Next?  Insights and Tips for Succeeding in a Difficult Job Market".

An article in the Daily Local News highlighted this event, which was hosted by Penn State Great Valley on June 12, 2009. 

Words of advice were shared by experts from human resources, recruitment and staffing disciplines.  Recommendations were provided to those searching for employment or planning a career move.

Penn State Great Valley's latest newsletter identifies helpful suggestions for job-seekers.

Tips such as those listed in the above link were discussed in detail at the Career-Transition Event, and attendees had the opportunity to participate in an interactive question-and-answer session.
