The Chester County Department of Community Development (DCD) has made available for public comment the draft 2010-2012 Consolidated Plan and draft 2010 Action Plan.

The proposed 2010-2012 Consolidated Plan consists of a three-year strategic plan - priorities and actions to be addressed. 

The Action Plan details the proposed use of funds for 2010. 

A Public Hearing to solicit comments about the 2010 Action Plan and the draft 2010-2012 Consolidated Plan will be held on Wednesday, January 13 at 3:00 PM.  The hearing will be held at The House of Original Dreams Youth One-Stop Center, 530 East Union Street, Suite 3, West Chester, PA 19380.

Comments on the 2010 Action Plan and 2010-2012 Consolidated Plan will be accepted until 12:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 11, 2010.
