NEW Homeless Assistance Web Site

The Chester County Department of Community Development (DCD)is pleased to announce that the Chester County Client Information Management System (CCCIMS) website is now live!  

Features of this new website include:

  • A public site for community members to learn about homelessness and CCCIMS;
  • A members only site for CCCIMS users to access reports, training materials, frequently asked questions, events/meetings, and to submit help desk requests.

CCCIMS is a computerized tracking system that captures client-level, system-wide data on the characteristics and service needs of persons who utilize community service providers in Chester County. 

Public Hearing Announcement
DCD will hold a public hearing in regards to the Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP).

DCD plans to submit an application to the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development to administer the HPRP.  This funding will provide financial assistance to households in Chester County.

DCD will hold a public hearing to discuss the components of the application to the State.  All are invited to attend!
