The Chester County Department of Community Development is proud to announce the completion of new senior housing construction in West Grove, PA.  The building was funded by $500,000 of County Housing Trust Program (HTP) funds, which are delivered through DCD to support affordable housing efforts and to increase the availability of quality housing for Chester County residents.

Luther House IV is a prime illustration of how DCD has successfully directed this funding where it is needed locally. 

Chester County's very low-income elderly are presented with enhanced housing options, allowing them to live independently but in an environment that provides supportive activities.
