Funding Opportunity: Homeless Assistance Program (HAP)

The Chester County Department of Community Development (DCD) is seeking funding applications for programs that will be funded through the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare (DPW) during the 2009-2010 funding cycle.

HAP makes available a continuum of services for homeless individuals and families, as well as for people at-risk of becoming homeless in Chester County.

The program enables providers to link clients to services which help them to become self-sufficient.  Funding can be directed to services such as: DCD_logo.jpeg.jpg

  • Housing - Emergency Shelter and Transitional Housing
  • Prevention Activities & Rental Assistance
  • Case Management Services
