Pennsylvania's Center for Workforce Information & Analysis recently produced a special report examining jobs-related statistics for Chester County. 

PACareerLink®-Chester County has released their latest listing of confirmed employment openings in our area.

The August 2009 Calendar of Events highlights some of the services available at Chester County's CareerLink office next month.  PREP sessions will be available at the Chester County Library in Exton. 

PREP is intended for unemployment compensation claimants who may need additional job skills, training, or other reemployment services to find new employment, but these sessions are also open to anyone interested in increasing their employability.

The House of Original Dreams (The HOOD) youth development program has a new website! 

The TEAM (Training, Education, and Mentoring staff) at The HOOD provides eligible youth, age 16-21, with services including:

• Job Readiness;
• GED Preparation;
• Career Counseling;
• Preparation for Post-Secondary Education
