New Emergency Rental Assistance Provider

Human Services, Inc. has now begun administering the Emergency Rental Assistance program in Chester County, previously provided by the CARES Food Network. 

Human Services, Inc. provides case management and other supportive services to individuals who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, and are therefore well positioned to administer Emergency Rental Assistance funds in Chester County.

The Emergency Rental Assistance program provides funding to help low-income County residents with rent and security deposit money.

Emergency Rental Assistance can help people who are dealing with issues such as:

• Sudden loss or reduction of income
• Imminent eviction
• Moving from a homeless shelter into housing
