The Chester County Department of Community Development  (DCD) recently completed a special edition publication, the 2010 Homeless Population Overview.
Along with providing data and attributes about the status of Chester County's homeless population, this publication also highlights federal homeless prevention programs and how Chester County is providing services to people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
A recent analysis of County-funded emergency shelters is also available in DCD's 2009 Chester County Emergency Shelter Statistics report.
