Coatesville Homeowners Receiving Help from Volunteer Home Repair Service

The Chester County Department of Community Development is delighted to report that homeowners affected by the arson fires in Coatesville have a local resource to turn to in restoring their damaged homes.  Good Works, Inc. offers home repair services at no cost to low-income homeowners in Chester County.  DCD_logo.jpeg.jpg

Relief Efforts Ongoing 

Good Works has already helped repair one Coatesville family's home, enabling them to return to their residence. 

They are scheduled to begin home repair work on additional properties in Coatesville this weekend.

"Repairing Homes and Restoring Hope"

Good Works' slogan summarizes the noble work which they coordinate on behalf of Chester County's low-income homeowners.

Helping to Improve Living Conditions in Chester County

Good Works' home repair service is available to low-income homeowners living in substandard housing.

Repair work can include roof repair, plumbing installation and repair, electrical rewiring and code compliance, heating installation and upgrades, insulation and drywall work, and window and floor repair.
