The Chester County Department of Community Development and the Chester County Planning Commission are joining efforts to organize several Fair Housing seminars in Chester County during 2009.
The Fair Housing Council of Suburban Philadelphia (FHCSP) will facilitate a series of educational opportunities directed at the general public, social services, non-profit and governmental agencies in order to foster compliance of the Fair Housing Act and to support the County's housing initiatives.
Specifically Targeting Public and Private Planners in Chester County
FHCSP will support Landscapes2 by providing Planners who work in Chester County with information on how Fair Housing applies to zoning and land use decisions.
