After opening one month ago, The HOOD (House of Original Dreams) facility has been furnished, cleaned, painted, and organized to become the non-traditional youth learning environment the Chester County Workforce Investment Board had envisioned. 

The TEAM at The HOOD is working diligently to begin recruiting and supporting youth clients through a transitional time in their lives.

The next council meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, February 18 at 9 AM.  It will be held at The HOOD, 530 East Union Street, West Chester, PA 19382.
