The Chester County Workforce Investment Board is pleased to announce the March 2009 Calendar of Events, as well as the March 2009 Open Job Orders Report, provided by PACareerLink-Chester County. 

PACareerLink-Chester County offers Workforce Investment Act (WIA) orientation every Tuesday and Thursday at 1:30 PM.  These workshops provide a means for identifying resources, education, and training availabilities within Chester County.

Additional Calendar Highlights 

The U.S. Census Bureau will continue to hold testing and recruiting services at PACareerLink-Chester County throughout the month of March.  

Goodwill Senior Employment offers Chester County senior citizens access to the Senior Community Service Employment Program.

Individuals interested in career assistance - finding a job, looking for a better job, or improving job skills - can use the Commonwealth Workforce Development System to search job openings, create a resume, apply for jobs online, and research career information.

Additionally, specialists are available at PACareerLink-Chester County to assist veterans with job search and other employment needs.
