The Chester County Department of Community Development (DCD) is hosting a "Here to Help" event at the West Chester YMCA on Tuesday, November 10, 2009 from 3pm to 7pm.  

This event will bring together multiple agencies to inform the public about assistance that is available, and will provide information about career services, avoiding foreclosure, rental assistance, financial planning, utility assistance, food programs and more.

Here to Help is a Pennsylvania initiative designed to assist those who find themselves in need of basic services.
