PACareerLink-Chester County Releases June 2009 Calendar of Events

The Chester County Workforce Investment Board supports wide circulation of PACareerLink's June 2009 Calendar of Events. 

PACareerLink-Chester County provides services which link employment skills with career options.  These services are readily available for people of all ages and backgrounds.  In addition, priority services are available to United States Veterans. 

With opening remarks from Chester County Commissioners Cozzone and Farrell, an event was held last month to highlight the opening of the House of Original Dreams (The HOOD) youth development center.

In addition to touring the new site at The HOOD, attendants had the opportunity to learn about the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act and some of its projected impact in Chester County.

We received helpful feedback about effectively communicating American Recovery and Reinvestment Act opportunities to residents and communities in Chester County when funds are made available.
