We hit the year running with the Grand Opening of Los Medanos Village and the start of construction on St. Joseph's Redevelopment. Our travels brought us to the Big Easy to participate in the APA National Planning Conference as well as a whirlwind trip to Abu Dhabi for a presentation of VMWP's work to the United Arab Emirates Planning Council.
Not to mention (but we will) winning phase I of the National Green Design Competition in El Paso, TX, the University of Colorado at Boulder ULI Panel and new projects with the New Jersey Institute of Technology and the Pacific School of Religion.
VMWP's focus on Transit Orientated Development continues in Texas with four TOD projects in Houston and our Hawaii work has evolved into eight TOD's in Honolulu.
Check out our newsletter for more information and to see what else we have been up to.
