Dear Alumni,

We have had some great feedback from graduates about our recent events and we're really pleased that our alumni are able to take advantage of the opportunities to participate in our events.

There are a wide range of upcoming events including the Bendigo Downtown Lecture, exploring Bendigo's future in the eco-economy, the alumnights event entitled "Your Career: What's Your Plan B" and number of Art History lectures.

I would encourage to you come along to this month's events and would welcome any comments or ideas which you may have regarding future alumni events or initiatives.

Warm regards,

Chintan Bharwada

Infinity Leadership Program imageInfinity Leadership Program  View On YouTube.jpg

After a very successful pilot, the Infinity Leadership program will be expanded across all La Trobe University regional campuses in 2010. The program will also be open to recent graduates for the first time next year. The Infinity Leadership Program aims to empower its participants by allowing them to develop and utilise their leadership qualities.

Feedback from this year’s program participants has been very positive. Edhem (Eddie) Custovic, an Infinity Leadership program participant who is currently enrolled in a PhD in Electronic Engineering said, “I believe it has improved my leadership skills but most of all it has allowed me to share experiences with fellow students who have experienced similar challenges in their careers. The program not only exposes students to leadership in a variety of fields it allows them to express their opinions and improve their communication skills.”
