As many of you will know, in my spare time, I do the occasional adventure race and expedition, often to raise money for a good cause.
This weekend is no exception, as I attempt the very first WOLF TREK - a 45 mile journey through the Highlands of Scotland in 24 hours. This event is raising money for a micro-finance project in Ghana. Micro-finance gives some of the poorest people in the developing world a chance to help themselves, by giving them a hand up, not a hand out. (More about the charity, Wild Hearts.)
There are two ways you can help, both of which will only take minutes!
