I'm thrilled to announce that Within My Heart, Book 3 in the Timber Ridge Reflections series, hit the shelves this week!

I appreciate your patience as this story took shape and found its way to the page. As you probably know, my precious mom, June Gattis, went home to be with the Lord last August after a brief struggle with gallbladder cancer. This past year has been a difficult one, and we miss her so much. Thank you for your prayers during past months and for the notes of love and comfort you sent. I treasured each one!

This year has also been one of blessing too... My sweet father, Doug, has come to live with us here in Nashville and we've recently moved into a different house that better accommodates our blended lives. We're fairly settled now and are enjoying this special time in life together.

While Within My Heart took longer to write than I'd envisioned, God drew me closer to Him as I wrote Rand and Rachel's story, and my earnest hope is that you'll take steps closer to Him too, as you read.
