"Permaculture offers a radical approach to food production and urban renewal, water, energy and pollution. It integrates ecology, landscape, organic gardening, architecture and agro-forestry in creating a rich and sustainable way of living. The design principles are equally applicable to both urban and rural dwellers" - Bill Mollison

What is permaculture?
Permaculture teaches you to create, construct and live by observing and working with knowledge found in nature's ecosystems.

Why should you attend?
As a New Yorker your carbon footprint is one of the smallest, but there is more you can do to live and work simply and sustainably. This course will give you the knowledge to do so.
