The Best Stain Removing Products and Cleaning Tips
Juice or Berries

Scrape up any solids, then apply a solution of warm water and dish soap. Remove soap residue with a damp towel; blot. If the stain persists, blot on an ammonia solution with a warm, damp towel.
Charge it with a Charging Drawer

Keeping electronic devices charged is easier if you make it an evening ritual. Create a charging station in a nightstand with a back, a drawer, and an outlet close by.
Charging Drawer How-To
1. Drill matching holes in the back of the nightstand and the rear of the drawer.
2. Affix adhesive wire clips (available at office-supply stores) to the drawer bottom and cable, near holes.
3. Thread cords, leaving enough loose line so drawer can open; clip them, and tie a 5-ounce fishing weight behind the table to take up the slack when the drawer is closed.

Green Tip
If you received shipping boxes over the holiday season, you will be happy to learn how you can cleverly re-use them to save resources and money.
First, you have a box that, ideally, is white inside.

Unhook the tabs that snap the box together or remove the tape that holds the box together.

Flip the packaging around.

Rebuild the box the opposite way and you've got a brand new box!
