Roy Koch's Get ready for a best of the west retirement party for Roy Koch, PSU Provost. Wear your cowboy hats, boots, and Wranglers! Viking get-up also passes muster. This urban cowboy’s retirement wouldn’t be official without a BBQ. Join us from 4 to 6 p.m. for wine, beer, and buffet. The short program begins at 4:45 p.m. and the band plays until 6 p.m. In honor of Roy’s long legacy of giving back, the celebration includes a roundup for the Oregon Food Bank.
