Call of the Sea is a nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting Bay Area students to the sea and the world around them, transforming their lives through the challenges of sailing a tall ship. Many of the students we reach come from underserved communities and have never gone beyond the Bay's shores. Aboard the schooner Seaward, they embark on an unforgettable journey that teaches them new skills, builds their optimism and self confidence, and expands their horizons.
