Having a happy and memorable holiday is important for all
children, and we strive to make that come true for our students. CIS of Rice County is working hard with
their local GoodFellows organization to make sure that families in need have
food and gifts for the holiday season.
In Ottawa, children are enjoying new footwear courtesy of
their Kick up Your Heels for Christmas
program. The staff at Ransom Memorial
Hospital and Ottawa University raised money for new shoes, and Wal-Mart donated
socks for each child in need. Also, more
than 300 students will have sparkling fresh teeth thanks to new toothbrushes!
Wishes will come true for many children in Wichita with
the commitment of more than 30 partners to adopt 50 families in need. CIS of Wichita also partnered with Bicycle
X-Change to give away 60 bikes!
