Priest Holmes visits CIS students at M.E. Pearson Elementary in KCK
|
|
Encourage! Enhance! Empower! That is the mantra of Priest Holmes, three-time Pro Bowler and former Kansas City Chiefs running back.
Holmes piqued the students' interest as he encouraged them to value their education so they may become empowered to enhance their own lives. In response, all fourth-grade students vigorously chanted those words, Encourage! Enhance! Empower!
Read more of this story and find out how Holmes plans to continue work with Kansas City students in CIS of KCK/Wyandotte County's Newsletter.

Our Growing Team

This winter, we were thrilled to welcome Polli Kenn to serve as Director of Program Operations, and Tracie Howell to serve as our Director of Development.
Both Polli and Tracie fulfill vital roles for CIS of Kansas. Polli will assure that local affiliates meet
high standards of service delivery and business operations, as well as
implement Reality U, a financial literacy program for high school students. Tracie will oversee private and public fundraising, special events, and
expansion efforts. Their contributions will fuel the success of our students!
