Alligator Soul New Years Eve Celebration Dinner Wednesday, December 31st Seatings at 6 & 9pm
This is a true party with soul and a menu that is truly an experience with lots of fun and friends. Music by Ryan LaPlante for the first seating, and Star Drums and Lady Keys are set to ring in the New Year Soul Style. A dining experience for you to remember into the New Year! A multi-course dinner is a fabulous way to sample and taste a variety of creations while sampling numerous beers and wines that either enhance or meld the flavors. NEW YEAR'S TASTING DINNER A Five course meal with Beer or wine pairing Per Person Pricing Five course meal $49.95, w/beer pairing $64.95. w/wine pairing$74.95 Oven Roasted Apple and Prosciutto Soup with Fried Blue Cheese A rich and sweet soup of slow roasted granny smith apples with confit leeks and crispy Italian proscuitto. An absolute must try wedge of crispy and mild Point Reyes blue cheese.
Taste of Chefs Favorite Hors d’oeuvres A sampler of a variety of favorites that pay homage to the delicious canapés that dance well with wine. Balsamic and herb whipped cheese mushrooms, bacon roasted water chestnut Bruscetta, and a potato bread Irish style dumpling.
Sun dried Cherry and Pistachio Crusted Goat Cheese Spinach salad Tender wilted baby spinach with creamy pistachio goat cheese and sweet brandy marinated sun dried cherries in a southern sugar cane vinaigrette.
- Your choice of entrée - Salt crusted Halibut with Roasted Tomato Gratin Tender and buttery local halibut iron seared and crusted in a pillow of sea salt meringue served over a roasted tomato gratin with wild mushrooms and buttered Brussels sprouts with tarragon Riesling red pepper burre blanc. OR Braised Lamb Shanks with Apple Mint Hash A pure way to sample the amazing texture and flavor of lamb. Tender citrus and red wine braised lamb fore shank over a rosemary barley risotto with a crisp apple and mint hash. Finished with herb lamb jus.
Framboise Raspberry Frosted Chocolate A decadent and creamy framboise raspberry flavored godiva chocolate mousse served warm fresh baked macadamia nut and thyme cookie and frost kissed raspberries.
