EWOB is the ONLY festival & professional trade show that 
  • Helps get your music heard around the world.
  • Gives at least 35 European bands the chance to compete for the title of #1 European Bluegrass Band each year.
  • Allows only the musicians to choose the bands that win the European Bluegrass Band Awards. 
  • Sends its champion band to Nashville for IBMA's World of Bluegrass.

A NOTE ABOUT CAMPING AT EWOB 2011: 
This year there will be 2 free camping areas at the EWOB Festival venue. One is a grass field, a 7 min. walk from 't Trefpunt, or there is the parking lot camping at 't Trefpunt. More details on each camping area will be published soon on our website www.ewob.eu on the Festival Info > Lodging page, so you can choose where to camp.

BANDS THAT WANT TO PLAY AT EWOB 2012: Applications open Sept. 20 for 2+ months. Please do NOT send links for online/digital music downloads, MySpace, YouTube, mp3s, etc. Visit www.ewob.eu: for application info (Sign-Up: Bands), and musician info (Festival Info > Band/Musician FAQ). Start gathering info on connecting European gigs now, & start booking a tour EARLY around EWOB 2012 dates (May 17-18-19)! 

Agents & managers of artists who do not play bluegrass music, please do not contact us. The EWOB Festival is only for bluegrass and bluegrass-related music.
