We meet from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m.

August presentations

In August, we will have two speakers with ten minute presentations each, rather than one twenty minute speaker.

Petersmallest.jpgFirst, we will hear from Peter DeFrank, owner of Affordable Window Treatments.

Peter invites us to, "Move into the 21st century with a new look. Save money on your energy bill with eco-friendly Window Treatments that are made in the U.S.A. We have affordable products for every budget."

Our second speaker will be Robert Oeltjen, a Field Service Representative with Robertsmallest.jpgAmericans for Financial Security. Robert explains, "I am a health insurance broker representing a variety of insurers."

Robert is also a pulpit supply source for Lutheran churches. Let your pastor know about him.

Our new logo

Did you notice the change in our logo at the top of this page? We removed Luther's rose and added a briefcase and cross, which symbalize Christ in our workplace. The mission statement was  removed to keep it uncluttered.

   The Vision of Lutheran Entrepreneurs

Events in the twenty-first century indicate a need for businesses to become more actively involved in cultivating ethical business practices based on Biblical principles.

This is a particularly intense calling for Christian business owners and operators, when compounded by their baptismal call to deliver God’s message of grace and salvation. Thus, Lutheran Entrepreneurs are devoted to witnessing to the Gospel, modeling Christian principles to future generations of managers and entrepreneurs, and inspiring colleagues to operate their businesses on an elevated level of integrity by partnering through these goals:

  • Pray for and help one another groom and expand our businesses.
  • Encourage one another to integrate faith with daily activities.
  • Witness to those we encounter through our speech and behavior.
  • Mentor youth who have business aspirations.
  • Establish internship opportunities in our business where possible.
  • Create and support financially when possible a scholarship fund for Christian business students.
  • Expand into chapters, first in Colorado then nationwide.

Summary: Lutheran Entrepreneurs witness, model and inspire in their daily business activities.
