The HSAUSA MINIKEY is an” out of the box “printer based upon HP TIJ 2.5 technology. Mount an ink cartridge in the head, connect to power and start printing.  Create new messages on the keyboard, or loaded from USB key, TCP/IP or RS 232 connection. The basic unit comes with an ½” integrated print head, and a second print head can be added to increase print height to 1”.

The MINIKEY offers all the capabilities of the CU controller, counters, fixed text, barcodes date and time and print log, in a self contained , compact printer. It is an ideal replacement for customers looking to upgrade from a Marsh Unicorn, Loveshaw Little David and other self contained DOD printers

HSAUSA now offers in line digital printing solution with the XAAR 1001 Print Head, that can print using solvent, oil and UV Cured inks. The printer can print 360 DPI, 8 grayscales, 720+ apparent DPI. It can also do CMYK color process printing and can print at speeds up to 16.6 linear inches per second.

Up to now, digital printing has not been able to achieve the speed quality and reliability delivered by commercial printing techniques. Single pass printing is now a commercial and industrial reality.
