Happy New Year!

  What's New at TechSoup Canada

We are happy to announce that our customer service (phones and email) is now 100% Canadian and bilingual! Meet Fanny, Jess and Camila, our new team.

2011 has been a big year for us - we expanded from 2 to 6 full time staff, added many new donors programs, attended multiple conferences and started running webinars.

We have some big goals for 2012 including:

  • Even better customer service
  • Expansion of eligibility rules to nonprofits (that are not registered charities)
  • Increased variety of products in our donations program
  • Improved service to French-speaking organizations
  • Improvements to our website

Full Members of GrantStation have access to a comprehensive and searchable Canadian charitable giving database (over 1000 profiles) which provides profiles of private grantmakers who give throughout Canada and within particular provinces and territories, as well as provincial government grant and loan programs.
