Hi Everyone,
I wanted to provide a few updates.
Bowling:
It's hard to believe, but bowling is almost over. I hope everyone had a fun and enjoyable season. Anyone who bowled with us this season will receive a trophy at the holiday party on 19th. Please wear your blue WMYSO sport shirts next week (Dec 12). If you need a shirt they will be available for $15. We will be taking a team picture to present to the staff of Middleton Sport Bowl at the holiday party. And finally, I would like to congratulate our state finalists; Faith Engle, TJ Ryan and Alex Kisselev, who placed 1st, 2nd and 5th respectively in the tournament yesterday.
Gymnastics Starts: December 13th, Badger Gymnastics (6901 Schroeder Rd Madison) from 4:30-6:30.
Basketball Starts: December 13th, Middleton District Administration Center (DAC) Gym, (7106 South Street Middleton) at the following times:
Basketball Skills: 3-4
Team Basketball Level 1: 3-4:30
Advanced Basketball Team Level 2: 5:00-6:30
Holiday Party: December 19th, Middleton Sport Bowl 11-2
Everyone is welcome to come to the holiday party (not just bowlers). We will bowl 1-2 games (depending on how fast you are) and then proceeding up to the party room for pizza, fruit & veggies, and a special treat from Brownie's Mom. Food for athletes is free, and the entire family can eat for $5.00 if they choose. There will be a cash bar for beverages.
Annual Mandatory Family Meeting: January 11th, Asbury United Methodist Church 6-8
More information will be provided later, but please save the date. This will be a mandatory meeting where at least one family member is required to attend with your athlete. We will cover many topics and will celebrate our year with a potluck dinner. All volunteers and helpers are encouraged to attend as well. It should be a fun evening.
