Attention all Summer Scholarship Auditions/Dance Theatre of Harlem Summer Intensive Auditions participants! The Scholarship Audition Results are now available. Those selected will receive correspondence via mail in the next 3-4 weeks.

THE NATIONAL TOUR OF THE WIZARD OF OZ ANNOUNCES LOCAL MUNCHKIN AUDITIONS FOR ITS BIRMINGHAM ENGAGEMENT

12 Local Children Will Perform in the Show

The National Tour of THE WIZARD OF OZ , touching down in Birmingham in March 9-14, 1010 is sounding the alarm and calling for 12 local children to perform the roles of “munchkins” as part of their performing arts education program, while this beloved classic is live on stage in their hometown! The auditions will take place at The Riverchase Galleria on Saturday, January 30. Registration begins at 9:30 and auditions at 10:00 AM.

Held at the Alabama Ballet Center for Dance in the Main Studio, our 2nd Tuesday program offers a behind-the-scenes look at how a ballet goes from the studio to the stage. Enjoy the opportunity to see the company up close in their "home" and hear from Artistic Director Tracey Alvey and Assoc. Artistic Director Roger Van Fleteren.

The Alabama Entertainers Talent Company is in need of dance teachers. We are looking for instructors versed in ballet, tap, jazz, & lyrical dance. Located in Attalla (outside Gadsden).
