Buy a Brick, Build a Future

Is there a dancer, dance enthusiast or unsung hero in the dance community you would like to recognize?

The DTRC's Buy a Brick, Build a Future campaign honours those who have made a significant contribution to dance in Canada, both on stage and off. Many key figures in Canadian dance have already been honoured on the Buy a Brick, Build a Future recognition wall.... but there are many names missing, and the deadline to purchase a brick is fast approaching!

A reception will be held in April for all the honourees and for all those who have purchased a brick, along with an unveiling of the wall.

This year's deadline to buy a brick is March 8th, 2010.

For more information, please contact Zein Dhanidina, Development Manager, at development@dtrc.ca or 416-595-5655 x 23 or visit our website: www.dtrc.ca

Funds raised through this campaign will directly support the retraining needs of DTRC members.

Founder's Award Notice
The next Founder's Award deadline is July 1st, 2010. This award recognizes the need for time and reflection prior to embarking on a career change. We encourage dancers who are interested in applying for this $20,000 award to begin thinking about the application process.
