The holiday season is upon many of us and with it many new challenges, not least of which is how to get the right work/life balance.
Mentoring is something many of us do naturally both at work and at home and an activity which WBS has recently recognised with the launch of its mentoring programme earlier this year. Aimed at supporting both students - in particular those working and studying - and alumni, we can already see clear benefits emerging for those involved.
We are looking for mentors for the 2011 programme, specifically those of you who are based outside of the UK, as the aim is to make this programme more global.
If you are you going through a period of change and want some support, from December we are accepting applications for next year's programme.
