The '3 second' Speed Dating challenge to make shopping easier
Just like getting to know someone for the first time you have around 3 seconds for your consumers to understand your category.
The ready meals aisle was once laid out by size.
After consumer research retailers understood the first 3 decisions a customer makes.
In this case the first decision was cuisine.
Ready meals were then laid out by cuisine and sales increased overnight!
We will help you understand how your customers see your range.
Once we know the first 3 decisions they make and how they segment the category we can then identify innovation opportunities, how to present the category in-store, and explain why some skus don't sell.

Through our approach to category management, we always achieve outstanding results in conjunction with the teams that we are working with. A category plan is a bit like using a personal trainer at the gym. A personal trainer has experience, can guide you to achieve more in less time and keeps you going. Rather than help people get physically fitter, we help companies to get fitter categories.
