Have you been Wanded Yet? The latest tool in my healing box is a simple, slim, sliver pen-looking wand. It contains Zero Point Life Force Energy. It can be used to balance the flow of energy in the body and bring all aspects (mental, emotional, physical and spiritual) into harmony. From using it for just a few weeks, I have seen miracles already: the throbbing pain from a smashed finger gone in 10 minutes; the swelling of a puncture wound visibly reduced in minutes while completely restoring strength and eliminating the pain. I have wanded people, big and small, in various states of emotional upset, each time restoring peace of mind and a sense of joy. Next time you see me, ask me for a demo. I always carry my Amega wand with me now. To watch demos, click here.  To order a wand for yourself, click here.

You will Love This: The other day, a friend sent me this most amazing dolphin video and I want to share it with you. What a brilliant, creative animal dolpins are. No wonder they play such an important part in Matrix Energetics. Click here to watch and marvel at what these animals can create with an air bubble... they are not just blowing bubbles! :)

Proudly Becoming an Underachiever

Just between you and I: I don’t like setting goals. Quite frankly, they freak me out. They stress me out! When I just think about writing down goals, the dread of failure already looms over me. Particularly setting goals around exercising is a minefield. I don’t like exercising and I don’t like goals. Put the two together and we have a perfect recipe for high drama. How I was able to shift that pattern, I will now share with you.

In order to maintain at least a minimal level of physical fitness, I developed this “technique” over the years of putting a lot of do-or-die pressure on myself to follow through with an exercise program. I would start exercising relentlessly, all in an attempt to keep slacking off, and by extension failure, at bay. I knew that this strategy was not really working for me – I had crashed and burned often enough - but I kept using it nonetheless. I simply saw no alternative.

A few years ago, for instance, my husband and I invested in a good quality elliptical trainer. “The more I spend on it,” I thought, “the more likely I will actually use it.” Things were going great during the first few days - until I discovered that I was making steady progress. That’s when things already began to go downhill. I temped myself into thinking: “Cool, I’m good at this. I now want to improve my score every day.”

In order to keep up with this goal, I had to push harder and harder. Soon I found myself plateauing: my rapid improvement slowed down and levelled out. I was no longer able to perform according to my expectations. By then, working out had long stopped being fun! Like many other exercise regimes I had tried before, this attempt too had become bogged down by dogged determination. I turned my back on the machine and gave up on being physically fit again. Seeing my husband workout daily only made me cynical and resentful. I was done with this.

I am delighted to say that for a little while now, I am again pushing the pedals on our trainer in the basement. This unexpected turnaround came on my fight back from Phoenix, AZ where I attended the Steve Chandler Coaching Prosperity School. Steve recommended that I read Mastery by George Leonard. I was able to get a copy and devoured it. “Oh book, where have you been all my life?” I kept whining as the plane cruised north.

George Leonard suggests that maybe this endless series of goals and hurdles we put up for ourselves is not the best way of going about life. A joy-filled, balanced life is not conducive to instant gratification and a focus on sheer exponential, linear results.

Instead, the author encourages us to look at skill-building as a series of plateaus with sharp increases every so often only for us to hit yet another plateau. The point is not to get discouraged but to stick with it, regardless of the feedback we get. Mastery is a journey, not a goal. Mastery happens in the now; in the love for what you do. These teachings are simple, yet profound. Even though I was already familiar with the concept of plateaus, it had never touched me in quite the same way before. I finally had found a book that described my futile, endless struggle and showed me a way out.

Here is how I apply just three insights I gained from this unpretentious and brilliant book that helped me get my fitness program up and running again.

  1. Adopt the Mastery Mindset: There is no end, there is no finish line. There is only now. There is no future to run to, only an exercise routine to be completed mindfully: just for today; just for the sake of itself. It’s 6 am. I get up and make my way to the exercise room. It is not “me” who is doing this. If it was me, I would still be in bed, warm and cozy, believing the conversations in my head about my need for more rest. Only if I exercise in the persona of the master, humbly executing her duty with care and attention, can I pull this off with consistency. When I stop being me and start being a master, discipline comes easily.

  2. Mastery In-Between: In the past, I used to regard exercising as an in-between task, something to get done and over with so I can go and do what I really love. I regarded it a nuisance, a waste of my time. Leonard proposes a mind shift: practice mastery in the mundane, the repetitive, the “in-between” activities. Slow down and accomplish them with awareness and an open heart.

  3. Become an Underachiever: I now make myself stay on the plateau. Instead of greedily demanding better and better performance, I set a reasonable goal and try to hit it every day. If the machine spits out a better score at the end of the session, I don’t count it. I only give myself credit for matching the set goal (e.g. burning a certain amount of calories in a certain amount of time while staying within my target heart rate). Eventually, I will raise the bar, but only by a bit. I want to keep it light, playful, and fun. This way I can literally keep myself going and not get carried away and overwhelmed by unrealistic, merciless ambitions.

I have only been at this for a short time, I know, but this new mentality and way of being feels so right. In fact, maybe for the first time, exercising feels sustainable. I’ll keep you posted on my progress. If you see me slacking just say, “Fränzi, stop being yourself!”

Steve Chandler once said that "only the disciplined are free.” He is so right. A masterful life is by its very nature a disciplined life.

P.S. If you are enrolled in my Master Class, do not run out to buy this book. It will be my gift to you.

Healing from Depression
A Success Story by Gerard Morris, TFT-Adv

I worked with a friend who is dealing with bi-polar disorder. This man is very bright. He was an assistant professor of engineering in Germany; speaks four languages, etc. Unfortunately, the medication he is on to help him deal with his disorder flattened his emotional state. I showed him the TFT Algorithm for depression. When I saw him a week later, I first noticed his eyes. There he was again, not the medication. I looked in his eyes three times to check if I had imagined things. Nope, there was vitality in those eyes! I will now do some TFT Diagnostics with him. What a gift to offer someone. How I thank you for introducing me to TFT!"

Send in your TFT and Reiki success stories, no matter how big or small, to share with and inspire your colleagues.

Be well.
Be fearless.
Be happy.

Blessings!
