Enhance software protection with your hardware key by storing code on the dongle and rendering it virtually hack-proof. Expanded memory is now available on the Fortress dongle, so that KEYLOK clients have the ability to control product licensing and store customer or application data. With the ability to read and write blocks of data on the dongle, you can significantly increase the speed and efficiency of data management. Many KEYLOK clients have taken advantage of the ability to read and write the entire 5,000 byte memory block in less than 3 seconds!

Fortress Delivers Memory Read/Write

Now all the security features of the Fortress dongle will soon be available with flash memory! The mass storage on the flash Fortress dongle can be used to store your application and distribute it to customers, provide portability options for your application or provide your customer with additional storage capabilities, eliminating the need for additional memory devices. Flash memory is in the final phase of testing and will be available in 1GB, 4GB, 8GB or 16GB.

Keylok’s Fortress RS dongle was released in Q4 2009 and is in production as the smallest dongle available on the market. Since it is about the size of a nickel, the Fortress RS is ideal for laptops and other applications where space is limited. All the standard Fortress features are available on the Fortress RS.
