Streets is excited to return to the Western Addition and Fillmore neighborhoods on September 11th!. From 11 a.m. until 4 p.m., thousands of Bay Area
residents, families
and visitors will take to the streets to walk, run, bike, skate, and enjoy the car free space. There will be all kinds of fun

We have another Sunday Streets September 18th!On September 18th, from 11a.m. to 4p.m., Grant Avenue will be transformed to a pedestrian's paradise. Come explore Chinatown and North Beach on foot! Come walk from Bush Street to Coit Tower, and see these neighborhoods in a whole new way! This event coincides with Mayor Ed Lee's Ping Pong Tournament, which you can learn more about by clicking here.We are having a season long raffle! Enter for a chance to win an electric bike from The New Wheel or a Public J7 bike! Other prizes include a child's push bike, kid's bike (brand tba), City CarShare Membership,

Spotlight on Bike Partners: One of the best ways to enjoy *most Sunday Streets events is by bicycle. These businesses and organizations support bicycle programs at Sunday Streets: Bike & Roll, Bay Are Bike Rentals and Tours, Blazing Saddles provide FREE bike rentals (for one hour, to encourage turn over) at every event. Sports Basement, REI, Mikes Bikes, provide free bike tune ups so people can get their bike in shape for a fun day of cycling on safe, car-free streets. The New Wheel brings a fleet of electric bikes to try out. San Francisco Bicycle Coalition has been presenting Freedom From Training Wheels at Sunday Streets since 2008 and YBike participates with Youth Bike Safety Rodeos this year on Sept. 11 in the Western Addition.
* Sept. 18 Chinatown North Beach is a 'Walking Street' event-
people are encouraged to ride to the event and park in valet bike
parking to enjoy Grant Ave on foot.
